A NEUTRAL observer at Arbour Park, after looking at the league table, might have expected a dour struggle in the sunshine – not a bit of it.
Both teams played positive, attacking football throughout.
Slough’s cause was not helped when in the ninth minute Ryan Bird appeared to fall heavily after winning a header. There was a long delay before he was stretchered off to be replaced by Guy Hollis.
