■ BINFIELD’S first visit to the High Road ended with honours even as they shared four goals with Chipstead.
Andy Somo put Chipstead ahead in the 12th minute, finding himself in space in the middle, rounding the keeper and easing the ball home.
The Berkshire side equalised after 29 minutes as home keeper Matt Kerbey and Binfield centre-forward Callum Bunting tussled for a long ball outside the box. It fell kindly for the Binfield striker who turned it into the empty net.
