MORPETH TOWN produced a stunning comeback to beat Nantwich Town at the Optimum Pay Stadium.
A true game of two halves, it was Nantwich who started the stronger, Tommy Montefiori getting brought down in the 10th minute for a penalty, with Dan Cockerline converting comfortably.
Cockerline nearly doubled the lead two minutes later and saw it well blocked by the keeper.
But the lead was doubled and Nantwich were good value for it, Connor Heath seeing his first shot blocked before firing in brilliantly into the bottom corner on the rebound for 2-0.
