■ NEITHER team could have any complaints about the scoreline as GNE and 1874 shared the spoils.
In the first half, Northwich dominated the Hillmen and in the 31st minute Ashley Wood capitalised on a mistake in the Glossop midfield as he was played in one-on-one with Harry Allen and slotted comfortably past him.
In the second half the run of play was totally turned on its head as Glossop came out fighting, eventually scoring just after the hour mark from a Sekuba Senogo cross that Sam Barrat got on the end of to tap past Tony Aghayere.
