■NORTHWOOD picked up the points despite clearing the ball off their own line three times.
The away side’s goals all came against the run of play, with the first coming in the ninth minute when Micah Jackson took advantage of space to fire home.
Northwood’s lead was increased after 50 minutes, with Ryan Young finishing off another breakaway.
Chertsey responded three minutes later when Mano Gogonas forced through a gap to fire home.
It looked like the hosts had repaired the damage when Jake Baxter hit a 66th minute leveller.
