■ KIDLINGTON’S Billy Gillett came closest to breaking the deadlock in this tough tackling goalless draw.
The former North Leigh striker’s opportunity came just seven minutes into the contest when his strike from distance cannoned off an upright and away to safety with home keeper Ashlee Jones well beaten.
