SLOUGH TOWN legend Warren Harris has been forced to retire through injury aged 30.
The popular midfielder was a key figure in the Rebels rise from Step 4 to Step 2 under joint-bosses Neil Baker and Jon Underwood, who he also played for at Godalming Town.
In total he played 301 times for the National League South club, scoring 62 goals over an eightand-a-half year period, and won five player of the season awards, including a clean sweep of managers’, players’ and supporters’ in 2013-14 when they won promotion to Step 3.
