Road to Wembley: FA Cup, FA Trophy & FA Vase draws announced

We’re back

THE DRAWS for the early rounds of the 2022-23 FA Cup, FA Trophy and FA Vase have been revealed.

A total of 732 clubs will enter the FA Cup this season, with the extra preliminary round kicking the competition off on August 6.

Replays will be mandatory in all qualifying rounds as well as the first round proper through to, and including, the fourth round proper.

National League Bromley are the current FA Trophy holders having beaten Wrexham at Wembley in May. United Counties League side Newport Pagnell Town lifted the FA Vase on the same day when they beat Littlehampton Town.

This season’s FA Trophy and FA Vase will have a new title sponsor, following the unveiling of car manufacturer Isuzu.

There will be no replays in either competition. The FA Trophy gets underway on September 10 and the FA Vase on August 27.
