Barnet youngster Jamal Lowe has joined Blue Square Bet South side Boreham Wood.

BARNET youngster Jamal Lowe has joined Blue Square Bet South side Boreham Wood.

The 18-year-old is a product of the Barnet youth system and had a fantastic 2011/12 season for their Under-18 side, scoring 19 times.

He made his first senior appearance for the League Two side in August last year and has since featured for them on a handful of further occasions.

Lowe signed a pro deal at Underhill in October 2012 but joined Hayes & Yeading United on loan two months later.

He scored three times in three games for United and will be hoping to replicate that kind of form during his time with Boreham Wood.
