■ FA BIGGLESWADE FC bounced back from Trophy disappointment in midweek to chalk up their second victory of the season.
FC skipper Tom Coles had already rattled a post before he gave the hosts the lead after 22 minutes. Charlie Hayford sent over a pinpoint corner and Coles towered above his marker to guide home into the corner of the net.
Coles doubled the hosts’ lead four minutes after the restart when Adam Wedd hit a lovely diagonal out right to pick out Adam Hunt. He then picked out Coles with a fine cross and he dispatched in trademark ...
