THIRTY-TWO Non-League clubs have fought their way through to the first round proper’ of the FA Cup and some have been rewarded with plum ties, especially those that began their campaigns four rounds previously back in September.
It all kicks off on Friday night as Hereford FC host former Cup winners Portsmouth FC on the BBC, 40 years after Pompey beat Hereford United 4-1 in the Cup. A revenge of sorts would mean Hereford equalling their best Cup run.
