MET POLICE were disappointed not have been a goal up at half-time, but on balance, this would not have been a surprise.
Despite creating two goalmouth scrambles and two full length saves from Nick Jupp in the Chertsey goal, the killer for the Met was conceding a goal after 25 minutes when Gianluca Botti swept the ball home through keeper Liam Beech to take an unlikely lead.
