FORMER Brentwood midfielder Lee Noble grabbed a last-minute winner for Heybridge Swifts in this closely fought Essex derby.
Visiting goalkeeper Thomas Wray saved well at close range from Blues’ Connor Hogan after eight minutes and home keeper Melvin Minter saved from another ex-Blues player, Sam Park, in the 28th minute.
Both sides lost a player to injury in the first half and it was Brentwood sub Flynn Hamiton who went close, showing good skill before shooting just wide.
