■ HONOURS were even in Guernsey as Casuals left it late to leave the island with a point.
Jason Kaate had a glorious opportunity for the visitors after just eight minutes, but it was the Green Lions who made their chance count first.
On the half-hour mark, Ross Allen found himself one-on-one and kept his composure to chip the onrushing Dan Purdue.
Allen could have doubled the lead just before the break before Kaate missed himself after 49 minutes by slicing a gimme over the bar.
