PROMOTION A MUST FOR MINTCAKES

KENDAL Town have reluctantly accepted there is only one route to a swift return to the club’s heartland – promotion.
The Mintcakes this week lost an appeal over being moved from the North West Counties League Premier Division to the Northern League for the new season, despite the panel expressing “enormous sympathy and empathy” over their circumstances.
