Season kicks off with a Hop

THE United Counties League is to kick off the new season with a groundhop.
The hop and the season start on Friday July 26 with a Premier South game between Aylestone Park and Coventry United.
The next day, newcomers Shirebrook Town will play Newark & Sherwood United in Premier North, followed by a Division One fixture between Retford and Gedling Miners Welfare and then Harrowby United hosting Eastwood CFC in Premier North. The Sunday will see Coalville Town make their debut in Division One at home to Southwell City, before the hop concludes with Rugby Borough v Leicester Nirvana ...
