SPEEDY Edy Maieco saved a point for Prescot in the 96th minute to maintain his goalscoring from the subs’ bench.
He managed it before this season and spoilt Ilkeston Town’s plan to ease back into the playoff zone as he bundled the ball in.
Referee Jason Porter then blew the final whistle and striker Maieco, 27, said: “It’s a knack to score off the bench but I’m getting used to it.
“I think they were the better side after the break but we deserved a point with our determination and hard work....
