■ STOTFOLD eased past North Leigh in the Southern League Central Division, as the bottom side slipped to 15 points adrift of safety.
Remell Stirling made no mistake when he netted the opening goal from a one-on-onein the 10th minute.
The hosts claimed their second just 11 minutes later when Ashley Kersey replicated Stirling’s earlier composure when also left one-on-one.
