Cables one step closer to safety

PRESCOT CABLES completed a second half comeback to take all three points and push themselves three points and a huge step towards safety.
Cables almost opened the scoring straight after kick-off. A mistake by Hyde keeper Callum Hiddleston almost let striker Ben Elliott in on goal, but defender Harry Ditchfield came across to clear.
Hyde took the lead in the fifth minute after a lengthy period of possession. Captain Jack Redshaw found Brad Holmes free in the box, and he slotted past Calvin Hare.
