East Grinstead to win the battle of two sides who will play in the division next season.
Billy Bennet nicked it from the defence and played in Dan Carr, who rounded the keeper to score.
That was the best of the action in the first half.
Glen Wilson missed a penalty for the visitors, with Aiden Prall saving to his right.
With 20 mins left, Bennett crossed for Gil Carvalho to poke home from close range to double the lead.
