TEMI Akinbusoye’s early goal proved enough to fire Biggleswade to victory over Beaconsfield at the Eyrie.
The goal was an absolute gift as Akinbusoye profited from some dallying by the visiting keeper to nip the ball off him before he could clear and he then passed the ball into an empty net.
For a match that had little on it with both teams unable to make the play-offs, this was an entertaining game with opportunities galore at both ends of the field.
