■ NORTHWOOD sealed their Southern League safety with a damning defeat of North Leigh.
All the goals came in a frenetic first period. The visitors struck first through a superb Troy Perez-Duah free-kick after Rio Connell was fouled, but North Leigh responded straight away, as Samuel Oluwale battled past two defenders to finish well.
The Woods’ lead was restored in the 12th minute as Hassan Jalloh slipped Josh Williams into the box who squared for Connell to tap home.
