CHELMSFORD came from behind to beat a typically stubborn Chippenham outfit.
The hosts started off strongly and Bluebirds captain Luke Haines had to clear off his line within two minutes of kick-off.
Archie Tamplin started for the first time this season for City and could have scored early, the best chance seeing him head Josh Castiglione’s cross against the bar.
Jack Barham also curled a shot wide but Chippenham threatened on the counter and Chris Haigh had to be alert, denying Ezio Touray when he was through.
