The FA Cup second qualifying round sees the 48 National League Step 2 clubs join the competition along with the 112 clubs that have won their way through to this stage.
Among those are 17 clubs from Step 5 in the Non-League Pyramid including North West Counties League club Atherton Laburnum Rovers, back in the FA Cup after a 13-year absence.
They make the trip to Macclesfield FC as reward for beating neighbours Atherton Collieries in the Flat Cap Derby.
