Junior doubles up for super Spenny

SPENNYMOOR secured an emphatic win at Bedford to strengthen their play-off position.
A double for Junior Mondal saw the visitors go in at the break 2-0 up. His first was on 18 minutes, when a Rob Ramshaw cross found Glen Taylor – his shot was saved, but not cleared by Caleb Ansen, and Mondal was on hand to tap home.
Another 18 minutes passed before Mondal claimed his second, as he took the ball off the stooping head of Lewis Green, raced to the edge of the area, and slotted the ball under Ansen.
