Lyle puts big smile on the Clarets’ face

LYLE TAYLOR’S penalty saw Chelmsford return to winning ways in their 100th meeting with Bath City.
Within five minutes, Luke Russe tested Dillon Addai from the edge of the box, the keeper tipping over for a corner. Chelmsford responded as Kai Corbett led a break, releasing Jack Barham, whose curling effort went narrowly wide.
The Romans remained dangerous, with Kieran Parselle heading just wide from a corner, while Mitch Beardmore’s free-kick fell comfortably to Addai.
