■ CONNOR Holland netted a first-half winner to help Hartley Wintney bounce back from their midweek drubbing and take the points at Westfield.
In truth, it was a rare effort for the visiting side, but that was enough to win a game lacking in quality.
Despite a good start from the Field – with in-form Tom Dryer going close – the deadlock was broken in the 24th Min when Holland sprung the offside trap and rounded Lewis Gallifent. The second half saw concerted pressure from the hosts but a determined defence held firm.
