THE visitors took the game to Bideford from the start, keeping the home team’s keeper Shaun Semmens well employed.
They had two shots saved in the first five minutes, and midway through the half, an Inkberrow defender spotted Semmens had wandered out to the edge of the area and lobbed him with a volley from within his own half.
Bideford did not have a shot on the visitors goal until stoppage time at the end of the first half when keeper Gabriel Bajami saved an effort from Jamie Hearsey.
