Aldershot Town chairman Shahid Azeem says he doesn’t need to give the club’s new manager John Coleman a target – as ‘winners’ like him set their own!

The 63-year-old was announced as the new Shots boss on Friday night following the shock resignation of Tommy Widdrington almost a fortnight ago.
Coleman arrives at the EBB Stadium with more than 28 years of managerial experience under his belt, primarily at Accrington Stanley, where he took charge for 23 of those years, over two separate spells, leading the club to four promotions.
