Ian Simpemba has left Dover Athletic to join their Conference South rivals Eastbourne Borough.

IAN SIMPEMBA has left Dover Athletic to join their Conference South rivals Eastbourne Borough.

The centre-back arrived at Dover 18 months ago, joining them from Ebbsfleet United.

His involvement last season was limited by injury and he has now decided to make the move away from the Crabble.

Eastbourne finished 12th in the Blue Square Bet South last term, 25 points behind third-place finishers Dover.
