The Football Association has confirmed the clubs accepted into the 2026/27 Emirates FA Cup, Isuzu FA Trophy and Isuzu FA Vase.
A total of 743 clubs will take part in next season’s FA Cup from the National League System, while the FA has also published the exemption lists for all three competitions.
After Macclesfield’s history-making cup run dominated the headlines and Southend United and AFC Stoneham lifted the silverware on Non-League Finals Day at Wembley last season, attention now turns to a new campaign.

Clubs from the National League receive exemption into the Third Round Proper. National League North and South clubs enter at the Second Round Proper.

Isuzu FA Vase
Which clubs have been accepted into the 2026/27 Isuzu FA Vase?
The clubs set to compete in the 2026/27 Isuzu FA Vase have also been confirmed.
Open to clubs from Steps 5 and 6 of the National League System, the competition sees 25 clubs receive exemption to the Second Round Proper after reaching last season’s Fourth Round Proper, while seven clubs have moved up into the Isuzu FA Trophy.
A further 26 clubs enter at the First Round Proper after reaching last season’s Third Round Proper but failing to progress any further.
All remaining clubs will begin their campaigns in the qualifying rounds.
