Give winners a big cup reward

PRIOR to the demise of the old FA Amateur Cup in 1974, each year’s Wembley winners were automatically handed a place in the first round proper of the following season’s FA Cup competition.
Would it not be a nice gesture if the winners of the FA Trophy, and possibly the FA Vase as well, were handed a similar reward?
