LANE LASTS JUST TWO GAMES

GOSPORT Borough have parted company with manager Simon Lane – after just two games in charge.
Lane, the former Hayes & Yeading, Westfield and Kingstonian boss joined the club in May and oversaw a pair
of 1-0 defeats to start the new Southern Premier South season – at Yate Town last Saturday and at home to Hanworth Villa on Wednesday night.
Ex-EFL winger Jermaine McGlashan, the former Fleet Town and AFC Croydon Athletic boss, took the team for yesterday’s visit of Uxbridge, assisted by Head of Football MickCatlin.
