■HALESOWEN recovered to progress after Step 4 Basford struck a shock early goal.
The Ambers took a third-minute lead when a long ball down the centre was missed by home defender Matt Preston, allowing Amarvir Sandhu to run on confidently and beat goalkeeper Dan Platt.
After their slow start, the Yeltz drew level in the 26th minute when a brilliant cross from Dan Meredith was tapped home by Vanylson Silva at the far post for his first Halesowen goal. United keeper Matt Yates
