■BEACONSFIELD
claimed their first win of the season with a home victory over MK Irish.
With 12 minutes played the hosts took the lead through Blaaze Lawrence who headed in from a great cross.
But Beaconsfield could not hold on to the lead until the break, and a mix-up in defence saw James Meadows curl the ball in to level the tie for MK Irish going into interval.
There was drama early on in the second half with MK Irish reduced to ten men, Matthew Haworth seeing red for a foul when he was his side’s last man.
