BERKHAMSTED 4 HENDON 1

■BERKHAMSTED moved through with a comfortable victory over Hendon.
The teams – more accurately Hampstead Town, later to be Hendon, and Berkhamsted Town, predecessors of the current club – had met in the FA Cup 100 years and one day ago, the first match at Hampstead’s Claremont Road ground.
