Rovers Hand Former Lamb Permanent Deal

Midfielder Marcus Kelly has secured a one-year deal with Forest Green Rovers after an impressive trial spell at the New Lawn.

MIDFIELDER Marcus Kelly has secured a one-year deal with Forest Green Rovers after an impressive trial spell at the New Lawn.

And his performances in those fixtures have now seen him bag a permanent contract.

Speaking about his move to Rovers, the 27-year-old said: “I’ve been really impressed with the way the club is run, the facilities, the training, nutrition.

“It’s great to sign for a club with a stable squad that will be pushing for promotion. There is lots of competition for places, hopefully I can contribute.”
