STOCKPORT COUNTY have added two Myerscough College players to their squad.
Left-footed midfielder Bobby Lofthouse is captain of the Lancashire-based Higher and Further Education college and skippered them to the English Colleges FA National Championship last season.
He also spent time with North West Counties Premier Division side Squires Gate last term, helping keeping them in the division with a 21st-placed finish.
His Myerscough team mate Scott Duxbury is also left footed and can play at either left-back or centre-back.
Duxbury’s performances for Myerscough last season recently earned him a call up to the Lancashire FA county team.
