Martin Set To Leave Dorchester Town

Neil Martin has agreed a move from Dorchester Town to Poole Town.

NEIL MARTIN has agreed a move from Dorchester Town to Poole Town.

The versatile player will complete his switch to the Southern League Premier Division club once all relevant paperwork is dealt with.

Speaking about Martin’s move to the Dolphins, Dorchester boss Phil Simkin told the Dorset Echo: “He is an exceptionally honest lad who always gives his best and on his day is a match winner.

“He can play in midfield or left-back and has done exceptionally well for Dorchester Town. I’m sad to see him go but that’s the way things are for us at the moment.

“Hopefully this will be the last player we have to lose and now things can level out.”
