It was goals galore in the National League today as Macclesfield Town went top of the division with a 4-1 win over Wrexham on BT Sport.
Sutton United surrendered their leadership, going down by the same scoreline at Leyton Orient as new boss Justin Edinburgh picked up a long-awaited three points for the O’s in his first home game in charge.
Dover Athletic and Ebbsfleet United were the other big winners, seeing off ten-man Hartlepool United and relegation battling Guiseley 4-0 respectively.
Chester boss Marcus Bignot guided his side to a crucial victory against his old club Solihull Moors as Boreham Wood remain in the play-offs with a win over AFC Fylde.
Eastleigh and Bromley drew 4-4 in one of the best games of the season while lowly FC Halifax Town stunned Aldershot Town at the EBB Stadium.

Maidenhead United and Maidstone United drew 0-0 at York Road. Gateshead against Woking was postponed due to a frozen pitch.
