Welcome to the latest update of Fantasy Non-League 2017/18. Today’s update covers the period Sunday 18th March 2018 through to Saturday 24th March 2018.
So, as you read this update the March 2018 FNL Manager of the Month has come to an end. As I write this update we are seven days away from the end of the month. So, who is going to grab our seven manager of the month title?
Well leading the way is Jude and Nella with 1,762pts and they are only 1pt ahead of second placed Chycelin 17 and 68pts ahead of third placed Menorca 1. The top ten in the March 2018 Manager of the Month table is covered by 121pts.
So, with seven days to go and a lot of football to be played the March money is still up for grabs for anyone in the top ten. Just look what happened to last week’s leader Syd FC he has dropped all the way down to 18th position.
At the bottom there is also a change from last week. Hard Scrabble have dropped into bottom spot with 445pts. They are 21pts adrift of their nearest rival Not So Posh. The bottom ten is covered by 82pts so there is still a chance of picking up the March 2018 wooden spoon.
Finally, before I finish today we have a new leader in the main FNL table. ShipUpStreets our long-time leader who had been on top for months has finally been reeled in. Roots Hall have stepped in and are now 18pts in the lead. The top five has also closed up with only 94pts between first and the fifth placed team.
