Welcome to the latest update of Fantasy Non-League 2017/18. Today's update covers the seven-day period Sunday 6th May 2018 through to Saturday 12th May 2018.
Well Ladies and Gents just one more week to go, I can't believe how quickly this season has gone. There are just three more games that can influence this season's Fantasy Non-League.
Those games are the National League North and South play-off finals which took place last Sunday and of course our final game of the season the FA Trophy final between Bromley and Brackley Town which takes place this afternoon.
Once that final whistle blows at Wembley I will be awarding all of the End of Season bonuses. That is of course the time when our current leaders will have their fingers crossed.
I have explained about The Mixture League and how that is affected in the End of Season bonuses. The other area that I need to look at and explain is if you changed your Jokers at substitution time. If you did, that team will only pick up half of the End of Bonus points. As your Joker they will of course be doubled.
So, as we race into this final week who is in the running for the end of season cash? Well I have just worked it out and how tight is this? Take a look!!
Leading the main FNL table is ShipUpStreets with 22,580pts, in second place just 1 point, yes 1 point behind is Up The Bucks!
In third place is Roots Hall and they are only 37pts behind our leader. The top ten is covered by 474pts. It is really going to depend on who gets the most End of Season bonus points and I am certain not many of our leaders will have picked Macclesfield Town as the champions of the National League Premier. If someone has the Silkmen as their
Joker, it could prove very interesting indeed. Can't wait for next week.
At the bottom it isn't quite so tight JoTown FC are rock bottom with 6,224pts, they are 163pts adrift from their nearest rival Yab Toulouse. The bottom ten is covered by 434pts.
The final mini-leagues and texting service will be done after the competition has finished a week today.
