Fantasy Non-League Update – September 28, 2019

Welcome to the latest update of Fantasy Non-League 2019/20. Today’s update covers the period Sunday 22nd September 2019 through to Saturday 28th September 2019.

Last Monday was of course the final day of September 2019 and that means we will be announcing our first winners of this season with the August/September 2019 Manager of the Month.

So, with just two days to go who is the running for the first prizes of the FNL 2019/20 Season. Leading the way at the moment is KSCFC, they have 4,514pts and they are 93pts ahead of seconded placed Hornby 443 and 102pts ahead of third placed St Germans Late.

The top ten is covered by 173pts. Of course, there are some bonuses to be added to the Manager of the Month scores after midnight on Monday 30th September 2019. These bonuses are for the top and bottom clubs during the period August/September 2019 based on results for those two months only. Remember both months will count as one and these bonuses are only added to the monthly scores not the main season scores.

At the bottom it is not so tight. Bottom club with two days to go is Trapdoor Utd with just 54pts. They are 170pts adrift from Robins Rubbish. The bottom ten is covered by 382pts.

So, who will win the August/September 2018 Manager of the Month? Find out in next week’s update.

When people contact me via the FNL Helpdesk it is quite usual to hear the disappointment in their voices when I tell them that their team is in 1,078th place. I then tell them not to panic because last season we had a Manager of the Month winner who was way down the main table in 1,000 and something place. So not all is lost!! I have also been asked already this season, when can we make subs? Not yet is my answer!!
