Fantasy Non-League Update – October 26, 2019

Fantasy Non-League

Welcome to the latest update of Fantasy Non-League 2019/20. Today’s update covers the period Sunday 20th October 2019 through to Saturday 26th October 2019. Last Saturday was our first weather nightmare of this season with a lot of games in the north falling foul of the terrible conditions.

As this week’s update is only four days away from the end of October 2019 I thought I would take a quick look at who is in the running for our second Manager of the Month of the season.

Leading the way is Jokerman 1948 with 1,831pts, they are just 19pts ahead of second placed Stafford Til I Die and 91pts ahead of third placed Bowyers Army. The top ten in the October 2019 Manager of the Month table is covered by only 137pts and after last month any of that top ten could be in the running. The reason I say that is because Hawks USA who finished second last month and won £50 was in 4th position two days before the end of the month and he finished second at the end of the month. With the new FNL scoring system it has certainly become more unpredictable.

At the bottom it is not quite so close for the wooden spoon and £50. Calamity Keir are in bottom position and they currently sit 150pts adrift from there nearest rival Digshot Park FC. The bottom ten is covered by 331pts.

Finally, a quick answer to a question I have been asked a couple of times already. Will I be awarding Chichester City the 25 bonus points for reaching the FA Cup 2nd Round Proper with their Bury bye? The answer is yes!
