CHRISTMAS is just around the corner, so we at The Non-League Paper thought it’s time to get in the festive mood with a little help from our friends at KA Goalkeeping.

KA Goalkeeping is run by Kenny Arthur, a former Football League pro with Accrington Stanley and Rochdale – he is also a familiar name in Non-League having spent time at both Grimsby Town and Gainsborough Trinity.

The experienced stopper, currently plying his trade at Scottish League Two side Annan Athletic, has invested years of time and dedication into crafting the perfect goalkeeper glove at an affordable price.

And now we are offering one lucky reader the chance to win a pair – and you barely have to lift a finger!

KA GKAll you need to do is supply us with some top quality ‘Christmas Keepers’ suggestions.

They can be based on any keeper from Premier League to Non-League – as long as we’ve heard of them!

When you’ve come up with the perfect Xmas stopper, tweet us – @NonLeaguePaper – mentioning @KAGoalkeeping in the process, with your suggestion and the hashtags #TrustInYourHands and #XmasKeepers.

For example: “#XmasKeepers Pepe Reindeer @NonLeaguePaper @KAGoalkeeping #TrustInYourHands”.

We’ll be announcing the winner on Friday, December 13, so hurry up and get tweeting!

In the event of more than one person tweeting our favourite entry, the winner will be the first of those entries received.

HIGH PROFILE: Jordan Hugill has joined Hartlepool I HAVE fond memories of Boncho Genchev (NLP, June 14). His first goal for Hendon was an overhead scissors kick 15 minutes into his first start. • Clark’s given us Pools’ fans hope

LEE Clark has only had his feet in the door at Hartlepool United for five minutes and already he’s making a big impression.
