If there’s one thing that much-travelled striker Richard Pacquette has learned over the last quarter of a century playing football at various levels, it’s the importance of team spirit.
It’s what he will now be trying to generate at Harefield United having been appointed player-manager of his old club last weekend.
From his early days as a pro at QPR to last season as player-assistant boss of Amersham Town – with plenty of stops in between and that memorable goal at Anfield – Pacquette has seen it all in his incredible career.
