Football Industry Day Can Help Non-League Clubs

With that in mind, Non-League clubs from across the home-counties are invited to attend next week’s Football Industry day at Watford’s Vicarage Road.

The Football Industry Day on May 22nd is the latest in a long running series and is aimed at Non-League clubs especially.

Key themes are:

  • Fund raising
  • Facilities & stadium development
  • Fan engagement
  • Teamwear and training equipment
  • Finances

Mark Bradley, who has led the Football Leagues’ Family Excellence Initiative and is a leading expert in the field of ‘Fan Engagement’, will be making the main presentation on the day.

He said: “It is the second time an event has been held at Watford in this series. The first event in 2012 there was a huge success and that’s why we are going back.”

Ian Turner, secretary Evergreen FC said: “I am Interested in the Watford event again as I found it very useful last year.”

Ed Hall, National Account Manager Leisure, Mars Chocolate added: “Mars find the Football Industry days very useful for meeting old and new clients in an informal environment.”
