Charles Ademeno Given Salisbury City Shot

Charles Ademeno

SALISBURY CITY boss Darrell Clarke has handed striker Charles Ademeno the chance to earn a full-time deal with the Conference South table-toppers.

Ademeno, 23, has been without a club since being released by Eastbourne Borough in early October but has now signed for the Whites with a view to penning a permanent contract.

The former Southend United striker has spent time on loan at the Raymond McEnhill in the past and Clarke is happy to welcome him back.

Speaking to the club’s website, Clarke said: “Charles is a player I know a lot about having played with him during his last spell here. He has great attributes but has lost his way in the game a little bit of late.

“He comes here with an opportunity to impress and having a player of his ability in the squad increases competition for places and gives everyone a lift.”
