The England C squad for an upcoming training camp has been announced ahead of the country’s International Challenge Trophy Final against Slovakia in November.
The squad of 22, selected by manager Paul Fairclough, will attend a three-day camp at the National Sports Centre training base at Lilleshall from October 8 to October 10, before taking on Slovakia.
Dagenham & Redbridge are the most heavily represented side, with Morgan Ferrier, Fejiri Okenabirhie, Matthew Robinson and Sam Ling all being called up.
Fellow National League high-flyers Aldershot are also well represented, with Jake Gallagher, Cheye Alexander and James Kellermann named in Fairclough’s squad, while Blyth Spartans trio Daniel Maguire, Ryan Hutchinson and Jarrett Rivers will also be at Lilleshall.
Other notable mentions see Ebbsfleet pair Darren McQueen and Jack Powell both rewarded with a call up, Sutton’s Louis John returning to the squad and Euan Van Der Vliet named after impressing against an FA Rep XI in Jersey.
