The 28-year-old joined last month and has made five appearances for the O’s, scoring in their 2-0 win at Maidstone United last Saturday.
He was ineligible to play against his parent club on Boxing Day but Orient still managed to keep a clean sheet and pick up their third consecutive victory.
N’Gala told the club’s website: “I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and I am looking forward to continuing my stay.
“It was a good feeling to score my first goal for the Club on Saturday at Maidstone, but it was even more pleasing to get the win and clean sheet.
“The fans have been great with me over the past month. As a team we are now beginning to turn things around and I am determined to help continue this run of form.”
Leyton Orient are now nine points clear of the drop and host Bromley on Saturday.
